British electronic group The Prodigy have announced plans to bring a 7th studio album in 2018 following the closure of a deal with BMG, a label owned by Sony Music.
Posting on their Facebook page, the band revealed a single from the album will also be released before the end of 2017, adding the hashtags #weliveforthebeats and #championsoflondon.
It will be their first album since the 2015 release of The Day Is My Enemy, their fifth b2b UK #1 album. The bands Take Me To The Hospital label will also be involved in the album release.
UK EVP at BMG, Korda Marshall said: “We are delighted to have the opportunity to release what will undoubtedly be one of the most important records of 2018.”
