Jeremy Stott has been pushing Canadian techno to the masses for several years, bringing his weighty production style to labels such as Respekt Recordings and Orange Recordings.
Now ready to deliver another club-focused techno EP, Stott debuts on UK imprint Throne Room Records, a label whose catalogue of sounds includes works from Chicago Loop, Rudosa, Drumcomplex and Reset Safari.
The release includes four tracks, with his Resistance and Human Factor originals being packaged alongside remixes from Bolster and I AM BAM. We host an exclusive full premiere for the original edit of Human Factor.
Chunky kick drums and piercing hi hats make up the majority of the drum rhythms on this one, while bouncy melodies and distorted vocal hooks fill the rest of the soundscape.
Jeremy Stott’s Resistance EP will drop May 25th on Throne Room Records.
