Premiere: Henrik Villard – It’s Just Love
Coming out of the Norwegian city of Oslo, Henrik Villard has put music out with labels like Gents & Daddy’s and La Vie D’Artiste in the past, and now he adds another segment to his sonic arsenal.
Making his debut on Berlin imprint Tooman Records, Villard follows Replika, Nova Casa and Lootbeg to release his It’s Just Love, Someday, Feel Good and Sot originals. The four tracks come together for his Someday EP.
We run back an exclusive premiere for the opening track, It’s Just Love. Warm percussion and chunky drum hits sit alongside tender synth work and fiery basslines on this one for an infectious house cut that gets the juices flowing.
Henrik Villard’s Someday EP will drop April 19th on Tooman Records.
