Christian Smith and his Tronic label are proud to present their latest monster compilation, featuring their favourite tracks from the past year, as well as a few exclusives thrown in for good measure.
The imprint was created in 1994 and has been credited with shaping an anti-purist aura, being the one of the first labels of its kind. Resulting in records that DJ’s from both the techno and house communities could play.
Tronic’s forthcoming release, All Stars 2016, features music from the label head himself as he collaborates with Brazilian techno artist Wehbba.
The beginning of ‘Radium’ beams an image of a vast, open space dotted with satellites. The track continues to stroll down an abstract route before a deafening kick drum begins to break bones. A malfunctioning techno whopper.
All Stars 2016 is out on Tronic from November 28th.
