Italian label Loose Records has often featured tracks from established artists including the likes of Spektre, Roberto Capuano and Joseph Capriati.
Along with featuring names known to many, they also help break fresh talent, and their new EP from Antonio Pepe is one such example of them giving a leg up to someone breaking into the world of releasing music.
Antonio Pepe is from Naples, the city where Loose Records is also based, and he has a large local fan base built from being a popular DJ playing on line-ups that often also include the likes of Richie Hawtin, Dave Clarke and Chris Liebing.
Previously having released only a single track as part of a various artists EP, the new release by Antonio Pepe is his first individual offering and along with his two solo techno tracks, there is also an electro remake by KAN3DA.
Of the two original tracks on the EP we have this exclusive premiere of Drip Texted which is the title track from the release, showcasing a great sound with building tension and throbbing pulsations. Dark and rather hypnotic, it’s got a club focused sound that we hope you all enjoy.
Antonio Pepe’s Drip Texted will drop January 11th on Loose Records, pre-order here.
