Head of Glastonbury Emily Eavis has confirmed that the festival plans to launch a brand new concept in a new location in either 2018 or 2019.
Eavis spoke to The Guardian, stating “We are going to do a show somewhere else with the same team behind Glastonbury but it hasn’t got a name yet and we’re still not entirely sure what shape it’s going to take, for now we’re all [focused] on Worthy Farm. We’re not thinking too far down that road because we’re quite busy with this one at the moment!”
This years Glastonbury sees a wealth of musical talent take the stage. Skepta can be seen performing on the pyramid and former snooker world champion Steve Davis is set to perform a left field set for all you IDM junkies out there.
