Ireland’s leading electronic music festival and conference, AVA Festival, announced this week that the June 2018 event has been re-homed to S13 in Belfast, an old B&Q Warehouse in the South of the city.
The annual festival was born in 2014, with a clear ethos of showcasing local and global talent and pushing the bounds of electronic music in Northern Ireland to it’s limits, it is evident AVA continually strives to build on what they have achieved the year before, never getting too comfortable with what has previously worked.
The festival hosts a two day event for the second year in a row, with the previous three stages being developed into four and broadcasting platform Boiler Room streaming live on both Friday and Saturday, it’s indisputable that with every year AVA festival is augmenting into something bigger.
AVA Festival will be held in S13 on Friday 1st June and Saturday 2nd June. The success of the 2017 event left Belfast eager and ready for 2018, another weekend of sunshine, dancing and loadsa’ yeos.
