Known for delivering a one-of-a-kind experience to festivals like Ultra Music and Glastonbury, the Arcadia production is now coming to London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park to celebrate their 10th anniversary during Glastonbury’s fallow-year.
The Metamorphosis show will combine robotics, biomechanics, circus acts, fire, lightning and more within it’s 360 degree stage focused around a 50-tonne spider, built from recycled materials and retired military components.
The event will consist of two stages, their Spider Arena, and a ‘new undercover venue’ according to the Arcadia London website. The show will be developed alongside industry leading promoters LWE.
The line up for the 10th anniversary will be spread across May 5th and May 6th and will include Sven Väth, Groove Armada, Rudimental, Dusky, Noisia, TQD, Boys Noize, Preditah and more.
“The core of Arcadia always has and always will be about getting people together to have a good time. As we enter our 10th year we will be continuing to grow the scale and excitement of the events we put on, but also putting more energy than ever into the community and ideas that underpin it.”
