Ellen Allien and BPitch Control represent a diverse section of Berlin’s clubbing environment. The label represents the techno roots on which the city has built its musical reputation, but is by no means restricted by the views of the genre purist. The differing sounds of a wide range of artists from throughout the world are encouraged to build upon the ever growing platform of Allien’s brainchild.
What began as a series of parties has now evolved into one of the most forward thinking musical ecosystems around. BPitch was created in 1999, moulding itself together with the techno movement of that era. Since these humble beginnings the label has become a concrete element in the city of Berlin, encouraging creativity and individualism at every turn.
Art and club culture come together under one singular identity. A home of creativity where the artistic can rest their thoughtful heads. Body and soul unite in a flood of emotion. Here are our favourites from BPitch Control.

Ellen Allien – Freak The Night (Ejeca Acid Remix)
Label head Ellen Allien invites Radio Slave, Aux 88, LA Williams and Ejeca to provide their take on 2014’s Freak.
The original EP has been credited with representing the many faces of music that Allien adopts, illustrates through an artistic pallet of wonderful sound. Belfast producer Ejeca comes through with an acid fuelled roller as he takes the reins on Freak The Night.
It’s a stomper. A perfect dose of acid is dropped into the eye of the techno storm. One to sweat to.
