You don’t have your name become synonymous with heavy techno without putting in the hours to make it happen, but for UK talent JoeFarr it seemed like an effortless feat.
His releases for Soma, Turbo and Hypercolour have made him a stamp of quality when it comes to mind shattering production and the British producer will return to his own User Experience imprint, following a remix for Ike Dust and a few original EPs from himself JoeFarr will once again drop a remix, this time for Croatian producer Insolate.
Based out of Osijek, Croatia, Insolate is making a steady rise in the world of roughened club music, with sets in Ireland in April and Berlin’s Berghain this May. Now delivering her Obscure Object of Desire EP, she includes two originals, with the title track and Fallin’ Apart, alongside JoeFarr’s edit.
The remix is a pitch-black affair between heavy kick drums, flickering hats and a rhythmic layer of robotic synth bleeps.
Insolate’s Obscure Object of Desire EP is available March 30 on User Experience.
