Techno don Len Faki is preparing the launch of a sub-label related to his Figure imprint, Figure Jams, and a brand new label, LF RMX. The latter will serve as a remix focused, non profit concept and it launches on July 3rd with two renditions of DJ Bone’s Black Patterns.
The sub-label, Figure Jams, is “all about bringing together artists whose work the label has already been following closely and feels to have a joint artistic vision with.” Dialogue is the name of the game.
Each project will be crafted from a mutual vision of two producers, with the focus being on how the music combines in a “special kind of dialogue.”
The first release is penned in for a June 12th release date and comes from the creative minds of Fabrizio Lapiana and Amotik with Abstract Division and Patrik Skoog lined up for Figure Jams 002.
